One does not need to know the cause of illness. The universal energy automatically redresses the cause, and speeds up the healing process and does not go against. It is a fully positive energy and does not cause any type of harm to the recipient or the healer. In fact it cannot be used to harm anyone. Universal energy never flows for negative purposes.
