Terms and Conditions:

Booking and Deposits:

To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Deposits can be made through bank transfer (UK) or Paypal.

The remaining session fee is due 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made with at least 3 days’ notice before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled session.

Rescheduling:

Sessions can be rescheduled based on availability and with at least 3 days’ notice.

In the event of unavoidable circumstances, rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals:

If you are running late for a session, please notify us as soon as possible. The session will end at the originally scheduled time.

No-shows:

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit may be required for future bookings.

Refunds:

Refunds for the session fee will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, and the decision will be at the discretion of Soul Triage Energy Medicine.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Soul Triage Energy Medicine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
